FEATURES
1. Preparation: the surface of the bonding surface of the metal guide rail is rough Ra12.5~6.3um (finish ▽3~▽4), rust and oil shall be removed, and the bonding surface of the guide rail and the soft belt shall be wiped with acetone.
2. glue preparation: the special glue must be prepared along with the use. Use two stir sticks to take the glue according to the volume ratio of AB=1/1.2 (or the weight ratio of AB=1/1) and mix, and fully stir evenly.
3. Paste: evenly apply the adhesive to the bonding surface of the guide rail and 6S guide rail soft belt, and the thickness of the adhesive layer shall be controlled at about 0.10 mm.
4. Curing: curing temperature: room temperature 10 ~ 40C; curing time: 24h; curing pressure: 0.060.10mpa.
